Tuan started his tattoo apprenticeship in Vietnam in 2017.
He moved to the US in 2018 and shortly after started tattooing here at Eye of Newt Tattoo.
Tuan specializes in Japanese, Black and Grey Realism and Fine line tattoos.
Rate: $180 per hour.
$85-$150 nonrefundable deposit to book.
